YB9 All-over shadow brush

The All-Over Shadow Brush is a beautifully crafted soft touch brush, hand-made of artist-quality Taklon synthetic fibers. 

A multitasking eye brush that deposits color onto the lids and blends shadows for a seamless application. Can be used with cream or powder products.
